Improving organisational effectiveness

Key questions for your organisation

  1. Are your managers truly effective ?

  2. Are their required outputs clearly defined and measurable?

  3. Is there miscommunication or conflict within the management team?

  4. Is staff motivation an issue in the organisation?

  5. Do your key staff fully understand all the financial implications of their daily decisions?

If your response to any of the above questions is ‘No’,

we can assist you through our range of interventions.

“There is only one realistic and unambiguous definition of Managerial Effectiveness.

It is the extent to which a manager achieves the output requirements of his/ her position.

This is the central issue in management.”

- Professor William James Reddin, PhD

Our Core Beliefs

  • Managerial effectiveness coupled with financial literacy is key to the success of any organisation.

  • Unambiguous and measurable effectiveness indicators should be developed and applied.

  • Unfreezing is a pre-requisite for learning and change.

  • Rather than teaching people more, it is often more effective to provide an opportunity for them to use what they already know.

  • Managers of organizations generally know what is best for the organization.

  • Outsiders are sometimes helpful in providing short cuts to achieving potential.

“Every act of creation is first an act of destruction.”

— Pablo Picasso
