Who We Are

  1. W J Reddin & Associates is a group of international organisational development consultants and trainers. Over 20,000 managers have attended Reddin seminars and workshops worldwide since their inception in the early 1970’s. The organisation was founded by Professor William James (Bill) Reddin, Ph. D.

  2. His contemporaries at Harvard in the late 1960’s included Peter Drucker and Stephen R. Covey with whom he later collaborated on the development of the concept of Management by Objectives (“MBO”) that still forms the basis for most organizational development practices to this day.

  3. Professor Reddin’s numerous books include “Managerial Effectiveness” which was translated into ten languages, and “Effective Management by Objectives”  which became the best selling MBO book in North America at the time.

  4. He founded the 3 – Dimensional Managerial Effectiveness Theory which led to the development of an organizational development technology known as  “The Reddin Methodology” which has successfully improved organisational effectiveness in many corporations over the past forty years.

  5. W J Reddin & Associates (Central Africa) (Pvt) Limited (“Reddin”) was established in Zimbabwe in 1988 and has trained over 1,000 managers and supervisors around Africa to date.
