Mike is Reddin’s lead organisational facilitator.

He has conducted the entire range of Reddin seminars and workshops for more than twenty-five years across Africa.

He proffers competent presentation and communication skills in English or French, at all levels, in a range of cultural environments. Beyond organisational change and development, Mike’s expertise extends to service excellence consulting and trainer training.

BA, B.Comm (Hons) (UCT), CA (Z)

Graeme has spent a number of years in senior positions with medium and large corporates in both South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Given his operational experience, Graeme’s particular fields of interest are in the design and implementation of performance management systems and in improving financial literacy as a life skill for all.

B. Sc (Hons)

Don has experience in management and public administration and has held a number of senior positions in both private and public sectors. He is an accredited Zimhost Leader / Trainer.

Don has also served on a number of boards and national committees.
